Satin Plaster

GENERAL INFORMATION
- It is a high adhesion, final coat finishing plaster under paint.
- Ergips Satin Finishing Plaster can be applied both on surfaces plastered with Ergips Perlite Plaster and on plasterboard surfaces.
- Its long usage period allows for comfortable and waste-free application.
- Ergips Satin Finishing Plaster delays the absorption of mortar water by the board surface with its additives.
- It has a paste consistency and is easy to apply.
- It is a breathable material. It creates a healthy environment by balancing the humidity rate.
- It creates a hard and smooth surface thanks to its special grain distribution.

APPLICATION
- Before starting the application, dust and anti-adhesion substances on the surface should be cleaned.
- Water is put into a clean container. Ergips Satin Finishing Plaster is sprinkled to cover the water surface. (~6.0-6.5lt water 10.0lt Ergips Satin Finishing Plaster) Wait for a few minutes and mix until the mortar reaches a homogeneous consistency. The mortar is ready for use after mixing.
- The mortar in the container can be used for approximately 1 hour.
- Application is done with a steel trowel.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Do not mix Ergips Satin Finishing Plaster with any other product or material.
- Use a low-speed mechanical mixer.
- Do not add water or plaster to your mortar after mixing.
- The temperature of the application environment should be at least +5°C.
- The hand tools used should be clean.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
- A maximum of 20 bags should be stacked on top of each other.
- It is recommended to store in a dry, moisture-free, closed environment and on a pallet and to consume within 6 months.
- Poor storage conditions or exceeding the usage period deteriorates the product qualities.
