GENERAL INFORMATION
- It is a bagged gypsum-based ready-made plaster that can be applied directly on brick, concrete, gross concrete, gas concrete, pumice block.
- It does not flow or accumulate on the surfaces it is applied to during the setting period.
- It is a breathable material. It creates a healthy environment by balancing the humidity rate.
- It allows for a long usage period and easy and waste-free application.
- It has high strength, surface hardness and adhesion properties.
- It is a fireproof material. It has a fire retardant feature due to the water in its structure.
APPLICATION
- Before starting the application, dust and adhesion-inhibiting substances on the surface should be cleaned.
- Water is put into a clean container. Ergips Perlite Plaster Plaster is sprinkled until it exceeds the water level by 1 cm. (~5.0lt water 10.0kg Ergips Perlite Plaster Plaster) Wait for a few minutes and mix until the mortar reaches a homogeneous consistency. The mortar is ready to use after mixing. The mortar in the container can be used for approximately 1 hour.
- Ergips Perlite Plaster is applied directly to wall surfaces such as brick, gas concrete, pumice with a thickness of 5-40 mm, and to ceiling and gross concrete surfaces with a thickness of 5-20 mm in a single layer.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Do not mix Ergips Perlite Plaster with any product or material other than Ergips Satin Finish Plaster.
- Use a low-speed mechanical mixer.
- Do not apply less than 5 mm in a single layer.
- Do not add water or plaster to your mortar after mixing.
- The temperature of the application environment should be at least +5°C.
- Dry and hot surfaces should definitely be wetted before application.
- The hand tools used should be clean.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
- A maximum of 20 bags should be stacked on top of each other.
- It is recommended to store in a dry, moisture-free, closed environment and on a pallet and to consume within 6 months.
- Poor storage conditions or exceeding the usage period deteriorate the product qualities.
