GENERAL INFORMATION:
- It is a construction plaster used to bond plasterboard, EPS, XPS, glass wool, rock wool and insulated composite panels to brick, concrete, gross concrete, gas concrete, pumice block.
- It is the most suitable material for bonding applications where volume loss is desired to be minimized.
- It is a breathable material. It creates a healthy environment by balancing the humidity rate.
- It has high adherence.
- Its strength increases very quickly after freezing.

APPLICATION:
- Before starting the application, dust and adhesion preventing substances on the surface should be cleaned.
- Any material that will form a film layer should never be applied to the application surface.
- Water is put into a clean container. Ergips Gypsum Board Adhesive Plaster is sprinkled in a way that covers the water surface. (10.0kg Ergips Gypsum Board Adhesive Plaster in ~5.5-6.0lt water) Wait for a few minutes and mix until the mortar reaches a homogeneous consistency. The mortar is ready for use after mixing.
- The mortar will set in approximately 80 minutes.

- The prepared adhesive mortar is applied to the back of the plasterboard at 40 cm intervals along the width of the plasterboard. Ergips Plasterboard Adhesive Plaster can be applied to mineral wool in strips at 30 cm intervals 60-90 minutes before grouping.
- In cases where labor is insufficient and in order not to make the plasterboard heavier, the adhesive mortar can also be applied to the wall surface.
- The plasterboard is pressed against the wall using a gauge. The level of the boards should be checked during this process. In cases where the deviation from the level is more than 3 cm, pre-wedging should be done with plasterboard pieces.
