GENERAL INFORMATION
- It is a filling plaster used with joint tape in plasterboard joints.
- It provides ease of application to the user.
- Ergips Plasterboard Joint Filler Plaster delays the absorption of mortar water by the board surface with its additives.
- In addition to its filling function, it creates a smooth surface due to its special grain distribution.
- It has high adhesion properties.
- It is a breathable material. It creates a healthy environment by balancing the humidity rate.
- It does not crack in the joints since it has a flexibility property. It ensures that the surface it is applied to works as a whole.

APPLICATION
- Before starting the application, dust and adhesion preventing substances on the surface should be cleaned.
- Any material that will form a film layer should never be applied to the application surface.
- Water is put in a clean container. Ergips Plasterboard Joint Filler Plaster is sprinkled in a way that covers the water surface. (10.0kg Ergips Plasterboard Joint Filler Plaster in ~5.0lt water). Wait a few minutes and mix until the mortar reaches a homogeneous consistency. The mortar is ready for use after mixing.
- Application is done with a steel spatula and in two stages.
- The first layer of Ergips Plasterboard Joint Filler Plaster is applied generously on the glued joint tape by pressing it well in the middle of the joints of the plasterboard.
- Wait at least 2 hours for the first layer to harden. Before applying the second layer, the roughness on the surface is cleaned with a spatula.
- The second layer, approximately 20 cm wide, is applied in a way that will reset the surface.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Do not mix Ergips Plasterboard Joint Filler Plaster with any other product or material.
- Use a low-speed mechanical mixer.
- Do not add water or plaster to your mortar after mixing.
- The temperature of the application environment must be at least +5°C.
- Pre-filling must be applied to gaps larger than 3 mm.
- The hand tools used must be clean.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
- A maximum of 20 bags should be stacked on top of each other.
- It is recommended to store in a dry, moisture-free, closed environment and on a pallet and to consume within 6 months.
- Poor storage conditions or exceeding the shelf life will deteriorate the product qualities.
