Plasterboard Plaster

GENERAL INFORMATION
- It is a construction plaster used in the production of decorative materials such as plasterboard, navel, niche-jamb, applique and sculpture.
- It is used both in plasterboard casting and plasterboard bonding.
- It is easy to mix.
- It is a breathable material. It creates a healthy environment by balancing the humidity rate.
- It has high strength and surface hardness.
- It creates a smooth casting surface due to its fine grain.

APPLICATION
- Water is put in a clean container. Ergips Plasterboard Plaster is sprinkled in a way that covers the water surface. (~7.5lt water to 10.0kg Ergips Plasterboard Plaster) Wait for a few minutes and mix until the mortar reaches a homogeneous consistency. After mixing, the mortar is ready to pour into the molds. The mortar hardens in approximately 30 minutes.
- Plasterboards made from Ergips Plasterboard Plaster should be allowed to dry completely before assembly.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Do not mix Ergips Cornice Plaster with any product or material other than Ergips Satin Finish Plaster.
- Use a low-speed mechanical mixer.
- Do not add water or plaster to your mortar after mixing.
- The temperature of the application environment should be at least +5°C.
- Dry and hot surfaces should be wetted before application.
- The molds and hand tools used should be clean.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
- A maximum of 20 bags should be stacked on top of each other.
- It is recommended to store in a dry, moisture-free, closed environment and on a pallet and to consume within 6 months.
- Poor storage conditions or exceeding the usage period will deteriorate the product qualities.
