Light Machine Plaster

GENERAL INFORMATION
- It is a bagged gypsum based ready-made machine plaster.
- It is applied directly on brick, concrete, brute concrete, gas concrete, pumice block.
- Thanks to its special formula, the amount of plaster consumed for the same square meter is less.
- It prepares the surface it is applied on for painting in one coat. It does not require satin finishing plaster.
- It has high surface hardness and a shiny appearance.
- It is a fireproof material. It has fire retardant properties due to the water in its structure.
- Since it is a breathing material, it creates a healthy environment by balancing the humidity rate.

APPLICATION
- Before starting the application, dust and adhesion preventing substances on the surface should be cleaned. Ano laths are glued to the surface at approximately 150-200 cm intervals.
- The application is done with a steel spatula and in two stages.
- Ergips Light Machine Plaster (~6.0lt water 10kg Ergips Light Machine Plaster) is mixed with a plaster machine and sprayed between the anodes. After spraying, the surfaces are smoothed using a float.
- The second float is made approximately 15-20 minutes after the first float.
- Water is sprayed on the surface 50-70 minutes after the application and the surface is ruffled with a rubber trowel. After approximately 10 minutes, the surface is polished with a steel trowel.
- The second float is made approximately 60 minutes after the first float and a bright, hard and glazed surface is obtained. It should be noted that wind will seriously affect these periods. In this case, the periods will come earlier.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Do not mix Ergips Light Machine Plaster with any other product or material.
- Application thickness should be between 8-30 mm.
- The temperature of the application environment should be at least + 5 °C.
- Dry and hot surfaces should definitely be wetted before application.
- The plastering machine and the tools used must be clean.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
- A maximum of 20 bags should be stacked on top of each other.
- It is recommended to store in a dry, moisture-free, closed environment and on a pallet and to consume within 6 months.

- Poor storage conditions or exceeding the usage period will deteriorate the product qualities.
